We’re excited to hear your thoughts and ideas during our Society Suppers, and we want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to contribute to the discussion. To keep things flowing smoothly, here are a few friendly guidelines:
- Keep It Short & Sweet: Please keep your comments brief so as many people as possible can share their views.
- Respect the Chair: Our chairperson will guide the discussion and manage who has the floor. Please wait for your turn to speak.
- No Heckling: We’re all here to share and learn. Let’s make sure everyone feels comfortable expressing their opinions.
- Listen Up: Avoid speaking over others. Everyone’s voice matters, so let’s give each person the attention they deserve.
- Stay Good-Natured: A bit of lively debate is encouraged, but let’s keep it friendly and respectful.
We look forward to a constructive and enjoyable discussion where all opinions are valued!
