    • Keep It Short & Sweet: Please keep your comments brief so as many people as possible can share their views.
    • Respect the Chair: Our chairperson will guide the discussion and manage who has the floor. Please wait for your turn to speak.
    • No Heckling: We’re all here to share and learn. Let’s make sure everyone feels comfortable expressing their opinions.
    • Listen Up: Avoid speaking over others. Everyone’s voice matters, so let’s give each person the attention they deserve.
    • Stay Good-Natured: A bit of lively debate is encouraged, but let’s keep it friendly and respectful.
